Refund & Return Policy
At Label Harmilap, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Once an order has been successfully placed, cancellations are not accepted.
We do NOT offer returns or refunds on any ordered product/s.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. You are requested to inform us about size exchange within 5 days of delivery.
2. Please send us an email at care.harmilapboutique@gmail.com. If the number of days exceeds the prescribed number of days, then the item will not be accepted for exchange.
3. We will revert with an email confirming the exchange and a return order number.
4. Pick-up will be scheduled within 5 working days after processing your request depending upon availability of the product.
5.The products should be unused with all the original tags intact. We hold all the rights not to accept the products in case they are used or damaged.
6. We accept the exchange once they pass the quality check.
In case the product is DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not entertain any exchange requests after the 48 hours window.
